haha Hiding behind beliefs to be saved from those who flaunt theirs? I do get the double entendre. And, I think that the best things that happen- in anything though writing is definitely one of the main ones- is when they just happen.
My own beliefs are these. People are saved only by knowing themselves and being true to who they are. Use what someone else speaks as guidance, if they so wish it. But not to let others dictate who they are. But we are each individuals and should be respected for such on all levels.
